Creating a form is the first thing we learn when we are starting out in web design, but one thing is to make a normal form and another much more complicated is to make a quality one.
It seems to me personally one of the most complicated arts because you have to combine beauty, simplicity for the user and an intuitive validation system that does not trample on our own interface.
Of course, getting inspired helps.
