Adobe Cloak, or how to remove unwanted elements from any video

Adobe continues to surprise us with its ability to give us tools with which we can almost produce magical things, although they are usually not more than technology that advances by leaps and bounds, to leave us almost surprised by the amount of things that we can get to do with their programs.

At Adobe's creativity conference, known as Adobe MAX, the companya presented the preview of a new technology they are currently working on to incorporate it into your products. Cloack is a technology or feature that allows you to remove unwanted elements from a video clip.

If we were worried about that unexpected viewer who has appeared in some of the shots recorded on the street, in a 6 minute demonstration, Adobe showed how they can be removed from the video clip.

You have to think that if we wanted to achieve something similar, we would have to be passing frame by frame to eliminate that unforeseen element. A great advance without any doubt and that saves us time in erasing, apart from being an arduous and difficult task to carry out.

Been motion tracking technology that has helped in the development of Cloack, also helped by the fact that in a video there are enough angles of the same area with which we can clean up that unforeseen actor in the scene.

It was in the demo that Adobe showed how a streetlight blocked the view of a cathedral and that it could be removed out of the way thanks to Cloak. The technology is currently in development and has not yet announced when it would be available or incorporated into some of the programs you have in Creative Cloud.

An Adobe that follow theirs with updates to their programs, and with this amazing technology that we hope to have soon in our hands.
