Yes soon you can use Adobe Photoshop CC on your iPad. That is, you can open PSD files on the iPad without going to your laptop or PC, in order to access the same tools that you would have on those two devices.
A great novelty that has been announced at Adobe MAX 2018 and that it will bring the program for computers completely in a portable device like Apple's. And yes, it is the complete program.
It was two Photoshop engineers who decided to try to bring Photoshop on an iPad with Photoshop code. It was the design team in charge of coming up with what this product would look like, and in a matter of months they were ready for launch.
When using Photoshop for iPad the same code as the desktop version, no performance or results will be subtracted. All the tools will be there with their filters, work with layers and those selections and adjustments that we are used to.
Will be everything a milestone for iPad users, since they will not have to go to other different apps, such as Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Fix in order to perform different functions.
The difference between the desktop version and the iPad lies in the user experience in the interfaceas it will be optimized for touch screens. By being able to use the touch screen with that PSD file, it will go to the cloud so that you can continue making changes from the desktop if you like.
Photoshop for iPad will stand alone or as a Photoshop partner on the desk. We do not know its price, but we do know that in the first version it will appear reduced in characteristics so that they are added gradually in updates.
