Affinity Photo now on Windows

Affinity photo now also available on Windows

Adobe's more direct competition finds its place in Windows. The application that was consolidated in 2015 in the App Store, something that users related to Apple products will already know, is expanding. But that not everyone had at his fingertips. That is why on the 8th of this month they were pleased to announce that it will now be available for Windows.

Affinity photo joins Designer to continue the extension of this suite on other platforms where it had no market. Affinity Designer was announced on November 17 of this year, something that, in case you didn't know, you can already buy too.

The Best App Store App of 2015 and Best Image Software by Technical Image Press Association in 2016 seeks to compete in a market where its existence was unknown. And of course you will like it. In addition, it not only announces the arrival of these software to the platform directed by Bill Gates, but also adds new features that according to them “we will love it”.

A sample video of the application can be seen here: Affinity Photo. To give you an idea.

Speaking of Affinity Photo, the new features they claim to bring are: 32-bit editing including OpenEXR import and export, Automatic lens corrections, Macros to record and play commands, advanced HDR, a full-tone mapping workspace among others. .

"We have fulfilled our ambition to become a true multiplatform presence"

This is how Ashley Hewson describes what this launch means for her company. Among which he also states that "this update is the biggest so far." Without losing the appeal of what users will not notice its changes and it will continue to have the same appeal as until now.

The price will remain the same, € 49,99 with updates included and no subscription in progress. A good price for a big application. Are you more of Affinity or Adobe?

That Photoshop is spectacular is not disputed by anyone but it does not hurt to have other options, the omnipresence of Photoshop sometimes tires (if only to see another interface and go crazy again), with what it costs to get hold of illustrator, inDesign or Photoshop has to pay for that time but from time to time I work with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8 and it is just as powerful.

I'm going to give this one a chance for sure.

One of Adobe Photoshop's biggest rivals, Affinity Photo, has finally arrived for PC users. Remember that first came the beta program, now Affinity Photo for Windows 1.5 has the same features as the Mac version.

Affinity Photo is known for its high performance and speed. The software offers extensive RAW editing, file compatibility, the ability to edit in real time, and work in any color space.

Note that Affinity Photo, which was released last month, comes with a free web design kit.

You will see how fantastic it is especially in 360 degree image editing. I recommend it to you :)
