There are many ways to get pedestrians on any street in one of those big cities to participate in artistic projects without any objective other than this. Let those who walk down a street express themselves as they want with complete freedom without imposing rules so that together something can be profited.
This has been the great idea of the Dacia Art Project that has helped people to be creative and express themselves in a place where they are not usually allowed to do so. A white vintage car is put in the center of the city of Cluj-Napoca in Romania, and we can be a little speechless by the expressive capacity of the citizens of the area.
