Pokémon has managed to be one of the most popular franchises thanks to the enormous variety of creatures it possesses. Now it is an artist who has reimagined Pokémon as real creatures that can be touched and "felt."
Don't live of course, but you have to have them standing in front of you to know in your own person what it would be like to see those Pokémon moving and gesturing. Almost as it has been possible to do with the infinite hunting of Pokémon in Pokémon GO for smartphones.
Joshua Dunlop is the artist who has reimagined Pokémon creatures to bring them straight to life with some incredible pieces made in 3D art. It will be every month when Dunlop will be creating from his page on Patreon, one of the Pokémon figures.
Your goal is to have an entire website that shows each of those creatures that are so popular with people of different ages. Like it pretends to be a sort of "National Geographic" showing the habits of life, their diet and even where in the world each of these Pokémon would be found. Just as if they were to be found in the real world.
And as you can see, Dunlop is faithful to the drawing with a fabled 3D artwork that transmits a lot of life and color. Now we can only see them in the real world with a work that will depend on 3D printing and that color that it gives with a work that will have something of a craftsman.
Anyway, all part of be able to render and work with the different 3D models so that they get closer to all those Pikachu and other well-known creatures of that Pokémon world that will continue with us for a long time. We leave you with this artist who transforms Pokémon, through drawing, in humans.
