adidas

Logos are used to represent part of the values of a brand And they are designed in such a way that we are able to quickly remember the product or service that that particular company sells. A logo must be easily remembered in the mind of a person, in order to make a mental stamp and can quickly relate it to that product or service.

A website called Signs.com has conducted an experiment in which takes 156 American people and challenges them to draw 10 well-known logos for an hour and a half. They could only turn to their memory to draw with their hand some of the brands most known to all such as Adidas, Burger King or Starbucks.

They were selected 156 Americans between the ages of 20 and 70 so that in an hour and a half they could draw those logos. In this way, a test has been carried out to see the effect that the logos of well-known brands have on us.

Burger King

Among the logos drawn surely there are people who are dedicated to the world of design, especially since there are some very well done. Although the curious thing is that the recreations of greater precision, are those made with a simpler appearance.

Starbucks

It is also very striking, and it shows the importance of this aspect in the design of a logo and the price that it can cost to make one from scratch, is like most of the participants in this study perfectly remember the colors of the same. Just 80 percent were able to use the colors of the actual company logo.

dominos

It is clear that it's easier to remember a color than a shape in particular, but it serves to express the importance of the wise choice of colors for the design of a logo for a brand. And although the study carried out was very small, it serves perfectly to know the effect that brands with their logos have on people.
