Adobe Lightroom's automatic adjustment now uses Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence or AI is using algorithms and machine learning to provide the precise software to improve the processes that are capable of eliminating objects from a photograph, as we knew in one of the new functions of Adobe Photoshop and that it will soon come to this program well known to all.

It is now when Adobe has launched an update to your Lightroom photo app suite which, among other things, brings with it a new automatic adjustment based on machine learning. This new setting uses Adobe's AI Sensei platform to analyze a photo and compare it to the thousands of professionally edited images in its catalog.

Use that information to get your photographs have a better «look» or visual presence and we don't have to be going through the different settings of a program like Lightroom. This update comes for the latest versions of Lightroom CC, Lightroom CC for iOS, Lightroom CC for Android, Lightroom CC on the web, Lightroom Classic, and Adobe Camera Raw.

Lightroom AI

We are facing that main objective of Adobe of bring AI to your different tools to make them smarter. It was at the company's MAX conference this year that Abhay Parasnis, Adobe's CTO, affirmed Adobe's interests in creating a design platform focused on Artificial Intelligence.

Tone Curve

The idea behind all these innovations is that Adobe wants the artist to focus primarily on the act of creating and relegate certain processes in the algorithms. Not only does it stay in this novelty for Lightroom, but the return of the Tone Curve tool is included as well as Split Toning, a tool that will help to produce the sepia effect.

The new Lightroom CC will include the ability to capture the time of a photograph and a new full-screen mode so that we don't miss any detail of the image we're retouching.
