Hello. It was impossible for me to complete the Christmas card. The failure comes in the third step, after having loaded the photo and the program tells you that it has been done successfully, when dragging the photo (supposedly) loaded onto the selected character, it is not done no matter how long you wait.
The photo I have uploaded is not more than 800k and is jpg format. If someone can kindly comment on how it is completed, please.
