Distorted photographs of Istanbul in the style of the film Origin

Istanbul

Inception, or known in our country as Origin, included distortion in the perspective of various scenes where the protagonist's dream world rotated on it with simply spectacular graphic effects.

It is in this way of distorting the world around us that the Turkish artist Ayidin Büyüktas is inspired to do the same with buildings and urban spaces of the capital of Turkey. Some spectacular photographs of this city where you can recognize the architecture of emblematic buildings to pass before an effect where we will find all the sides and nooks of them.

Bird's eye view plans that they rush towards the viewer as if the earth rises, erecting itself before the attentive gaze and that we are transferred to another way of finding this beautiful Turkish city to discover new corners.

The "Flatland" digital series by Turkish artist Ayidin Büyüktas distorts the streets of Istanbul to give way to a totally surreal urban landscape that totally changes the viewer's perspective.

«We live in places where most of the time they do not capture our attention, places that transform our memories, spaces in which the artist offers another dimension«Says Büyüktas. These works are intended to show a slightly romantic point of view and ironic at the same time where to find buildings well known to any inhabitant of this Turkish city.
