Manufacturer brand Creaform showcases the device to the masses as' the portable 3D scanning experience easier that exists". Go! Scan 3D weighs just over a kilo, which also makes it one of the lighter of the market facilitating its transport to any place.
No prior experience - just hold down the button while scanning
Using this 3D scan gun unleashes a series of bursts of light, each representing a multi-angle data collection image with a accuracy up to 0,1mm. All you have to do is hold down the scan button and move the machine around the object. We release the button when finished and a CAD file will be generated in real time.
At the moment it has the best characteristics of a device of this type on the market. What is its only drawback? Well, as always, the economic issue has an approximate price of $19200 so it is quite far from the pocket of the average consumer.
