Hine Mizushima's creative felt crafts

Hine mizushima

When you think of stuffed animals made from textiles, the best candidates would likely include teddy bears or pink bunnies. Perhaps in the gallery that we leave you below, squid, cicadas, and sea slugs are the most beautiful. However, the Vancouver-based artist, Hine mizushima has chosen these unusual creatures like their handmade toys.

Hine Mizushima was born and raised in Japan, specialized in traditional Japanese painting before working as a designer and illustrator in Tokyo. Later he moved to Rome, then Paris, and then New York. Ten years ago he left New York for Vancouver, Canada, where he lives with his family. Today it is also a craftswoman, needlefelterMakes artistic miniatures collage, and stop-motion animation videos with puppets.

She has been commissioned for a number of commercial videos, and his illustrations are mostly cut out of paper and then digitized. Their felt crafts have been exhibited in galleries in the US and Japan, and are published in books and magazines, and launched for the event 'Adobe Creative Cloud' In New York. He also made miniature collages for various books in Japan. After the gallery with his crafts, we leave you where you can see more about his work.

Its unique and special stuffed creatures have been exhibited in galleries around the world as we have commented previously, and they are sold in EtsySociety6. You can see a bit of his latest work at Behance.

Amazing artist that I did not know, thanks for linking to his work. It's great. The octopuses remind me a bit of Miyazaki's designs :)
