El black on white has great power and knowing how to use a pencil or charcoal we can make great works or illustrations with sufficient technique and skill. I always refer to Frank Miller for his enormous quality in his comics where black and white powerfully attract attention to transfer that message to violence and urban in his stories.
We're headed now to other places with a drawing by Daan Noppen, an artist who lives in Amsterdam and who professes a great passion and technique in illustration, as indicated and can be seen in this work that we share. An exquisite treatment in the drawing and a wise choice in the type of sheet with a grain that already forms a special texture, seen if one gets close enough to the image.
Noppen places us before a drawing of a model with her shirt and that ambiguous pose with a distant look in which we can be before her blonde hair and that delicate attention to the ground.
