Muse merges with the 80s with the new 'cover' of his new album

Simulation

Muse is a well-known rock music group that has taken a turn towards the 80s on his new album of music. For this he has brought an artist who has been characterized by his retro design and that you surely know from a popular television series.

Muse's new album it's called simulation theory and wants to be current when it comes to design. At least, in the return to certain trends that were popular back in the 80s when The Goonies, Polaroid and other brands related to that decade reigned.

The rock band has hired to the same designer of the Stranger Things logo, to go along with those 80, which we have also seen reflected a couple of days ago in current brands such as Apple, Microsoft and more.

Muse

Simulation Theory cover art is gone direct to red colors, in its breadth of tones, and a blue, which blends perfectly with different tones. A cover that also brings that memory to Blade Runner, although more like the new edition, a bit fuzzy if we compare it to the consecrated work of science fiction.

No lack that neon touch so characteristic, we throw a memory of the great recreational Out Run, and a font on par with that typeface like GTA Vice City in pink. An ode to that decade, tacky for many, but which continues to inspire creative moments from all current creative categories.

Es Kyle Lambert the designer who has been in charge of this work, as he did with Stranger Things, that tv series that has recovered the essence of that decade of films such as The Goonies, Back to the Future and many others that remain in the memory of many .
