Going to the mechanic always means a bad situation in your relationship with your vehicle. It is one of those misfortunes that we have to go through from time to time due to car wear. And the older it is, the more we must go through there. When the time comes when the manager becomes our friend, even though we beat up with prices so that we cannot even have a simple hamburger at the Burger on duty.

It seems a totally sinister environment to enjoy it, or at least that image we have. Francisco Segarra has done it again. The interior designer famous for breaking business interior design schemes has revolutionized the N5 Burger. Now: Garage. An environment that looks like a garage to fix vehicles from the seventies, converted into a hamburger joint.

In the center of Valencia We found an atypical restaurant with an incredible atmosphere. It is not the first N5 Burger that Francisco Segarra has seen, but as up to now, none have done it in a similar way. Each one of them has been given a different atmosphere. Like the one found in the Castellón center inspired by the twenties, with a more elite environment as you can see.

A totally Francisco Segarra concept

As they say, a restaurant with an inimitable identity and a pioneer in interior design in Spain. A surprising business model that does not go unnoticed in the center of Valencia. And surely nowhere that is known. Surely many of us who do not live in that area, we would be delighted to have something like this in our town.

We pass in front of the old Derbie and Bultaco that immediately put us in the place. There is no doubt, we are in a real mechanical workshop…»

The 70's now

From Francisco Segarra they tell us that the design of the restaurant focuses on the Citroën HY which is in the middle of the restaurant. A haute cuisine food truck on wheels. And it is to be expected, since it is located in the 'epicenter' of the premises, something that does not go unnoticed. Inside, gourmet burgers are prepared, a specialty of the firm No. 5, made with products from each season without coloring or preservatives.

The bravest spirit of Francisco Segarra in the design of a unique restaurant. A whole generator of new business models in the hospitality sector.

The incessant activity left its mark on the workshop. The tiled walls show the wear of years and the varnished floor simulates grease and oil stains. Rusty iron takes over the furniture, with a very aged finish. The industrial style reaches every corner of the premises.

A locker door gives way to a small booth. We enter the intimacy of the workshop and under a glass ceiling, jewels of great triumphs. An authentic collection of trophies, a helmet and a racing suit that suddenly takes us to the stands of a real motorcycle circuit. Among the metal sheets, the tools take center stage in the workshop boxes. Drills, lamps full of pliers, cables hanging from the wall ... Everything to get to work! Even the cutlery itself, designed in the shape of a wrench.

If you have an idea that this is a fast, easy and fried hamburger joint, you are very wrong. Haute cuisine food is served at this restaurant. Galician beef burgers, homemade guacamole accompanied by tortilla chips, 150 grams of patto moulard over lamb's milk with onion, etc. A luxury.
