Feria Habitat Valencia is in luck. It has recently announced its new image of the contest for its 2020 edition that will be held next year from September 22 to 25.
It is a fresher, more modern image with a clear commitment to design. This is the new image presented and it has been made by the design team of the Valencian studio Odisdesign. Feria Hábitat Valencia, leader of the habitat "made in Spain" has proposed an evolution in its corporate image that, according to the study itself, reaches "At a key moment for Feria Hábitat València, positioned as one of the furniture and lighting fairs of international reference and in which it has taken another step, renewing its entire corporate identity and thus responding to its expansion and global presence".
For this new identity, a dry-stick typeface family has been chosen, with slight thickness contrasts in its strokes and with marked right angles in its branches. “The typographic contrasts used respond to the diversity of companies participating in the fair, brands with more classic lines and long trajectories, compared to the newer and riskier brands. All these characteristics allow us to create a very visual and singular identity, which transmits the firmness, trajectory and solidity of Feria Hábitat València ", they point.
Similarly, "In its applications the brand will appear in a very visual way, giving greater presence to its colors and its symbol, which was born from the initials of the contest". And it is that for Odosdesign, “Feria Hábitat València breathes design and has come to stay”.
This will be the third edition in which Habitat will once again have the collaboration and support in the creative direction of the design studio Odosdesign. This multidisciplinary team is led by designers Anna Segovia y Luis Calabuig and they define themselves as an integral design agency specialized in product design and communication and that are committed to the capacity of design to help companies improve and define their own path with each action. They regularly collaborate with leading international firms and, among their awards, stand out the Red Dot Award or Bronze Laus.
