Logo Design: Plagiarism or Chance?

In graphic design, the strength and importance of the conceptual basis is indisputable. That is why it is important that we have good sources of inspiration and try to keep up to date on the matter. Humility in this sense can be very encouraging, we can always learn from other artists and be inspired by great works. However, many times this is confused with plagiarism and we cross that fine line where it is not an exercise in reinvention or remodeling, but rather repetition.

When we repeat something that is already created automatically, our work loses all value as a proposal since we have eliminated the weight of creativity and we have done our work solely and exclusively through technique. This is not really design. What happens is that in many cases it is quite difficult to distinguish when we speak of plagiarism and when we speak of chance. It sounds strange, but the truth is that we are at a point where the possibilities within each sector multiply. The needs that many businesses acquire are very similar so it can easily lead to very similar logo design. Even so, the truth is that there are occasions when the degree of coincident factors or elements is very high: Shapes, structures, or even colors (and the order in which they appear) are identical. Is this coincidence? Maybe yes, or maybe not. What is undeniable is that they arouse a wide debate. What do you think of these logos? Do you think it is plagiarism?

Clearly many are plagiarism ... but I cannot be certain with all.
When I have to design something and since I am not very creative I always take ideas of other designs to create a kind of chimera but not to the extent that I use the same techniques, colors and sizes, only the main ideas.
