Procreate 3.2 is a app for the iOS system, seen on Apple products, and it is designed by Savage Interactive. It is this same company that launched the beta of the app for the iPad with a series of new features that finally reach the final version.
This app called Procreate, has gone to version 3.2 and includes the ability to record videos in real time, an improvement in the workflow with the layers and a larger size in the thickness of the brushes, among other minor characteristics that we will comment on.
Procreate 2.3 includes the ability to import PSD files from Photoshop, which allows to keep intact the layers, groups and blending modes and other features that this app supports. For users with a compatible keyboard, it can now be used with a full list of keys. All you have to do is press the shift key when using the app.
But the big news is the ability to perform live streaming from a video-enabled tab in the action menu. It is necessary, of course, to have an app compatible with a streaming service such as Mobcrush, Periscope and Shout.
You will now have the option to capture screen under video menu to record your artwork in real time. You can also use the microphone and camera on the iPad to record yourself.
Other details of the update include the ability to use two fingers as a gesture to erase and three fingers to redo; brush thickness can be increased up to 1600%, four times more than the previous limit of 400%; the color ring has been redefined for better control over yellow, orange and red; Layer management has been improved, with a gesture to the right it will be possible to select multiple layers at the same time, as well as to organize the layers into groups; and the extra that is the free Handobook itself from the support page.
