Star Wars: The Force Awakens has meant the return to those first three installments which were the ones that stamped the ideas of strength, the light side and that Obi One Kenobi that seemed to have fallen from the skies, without forgetting Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Leia and other cast of characters from this famous science fiction saga .
He is now a Florida-based illustrator known as James Hance who has combined those iconic Star Wars characters with Winnie the Pooh. A series of drawings entitled "Wookie the Chew", in which he reimagines Chewbacca as Pohh the Bear and Eeyore as an imperial soldier and many other characters that you will quickly recognize, since this mixture is curious and particular enough to become something good endearing.
And in order not to stay in what are the illustrations, of great quality by the way, Hance also has released an audio book of history. An excellent way to give more entity to this series of drawings called "Wookie the Chew" that will surely dazzle more than one, since in each of his drawings we find tenderness and a special way of finding another side of those famous characters like Princess Leia or R2D2.
A magnificent opportunity to find another perspective point to those characters that are still in many movie theaters where one can meet again with a Han Solo older in years, a Chewbaca, R2D2 and C3PO.
You have his Etsy, your website jamesjance.com y Twitter for get closer to the rest of his work and being able to have the opportunity to listen to that audio book although it will have to be in the Anglo-Saxon language to find the story of "Wookie the Chew." A whole endearing series of drawings that we couldn't help but overlook through these lines in Creativos Online.
If you want a little humor, do not miss the appointment from here.
Love it! As a star wars fan I know that designers spend a lot of time innovating with respect to the characters and their new personifications :) :) Greetings !!
