Who has not ever left a message on a post-it? At some point in life we have all written a small note to hang on the fridge, a short WhatsApp but full of icons, a short phrase to surprise someone ... Details that strike quickly to the person who receives it, and to us, the senders of the message, it makes us feel the sea of good.
Many other times we are the ones recipients of messages, phrases written on bathroom walls, city walls, public tables or chairs.
The art project ME LATA
It's already four years, a couple from Barcelona who lived in the Raval (a neighborhood of this city), began to leave messages. They did it one very original way: love notes written on cans. As they explain to us, their neighborhood was full of empty cans everywhere, and they took advantage of this resource, if they had lived in another place such as the jungle, they would have painted coconuts. They filled the Raval with positive messages, song lyrics, poetry and popular sayings.
This project has been baptized with the name of I CAN. They have not only limited themselves to filling Barcelona, they have been expanding for other territories such as Girona, Mallorca, Paris and London. In addition, they assure that they have imitators, since if you see messages in cans in Montpeller or Tel-Aviv they are not theirs.
Two lovers
This couple is not considered neither artist nor graffiti, are defined as "two LOVERS" in capital letters. They want to make this world a better place by contributing their bit through positive messages. Affirm that "It's a vice, it's an addictive sport, once you start you can't stop".
Its resources are totally recycled in terms of support. They use used cans of all kinds: cans in conversation, sprays, drinks, any type of metal can or container becomes a canvas.

Exhibition of his works
Although his works can be found throughout the city of Barcelona, they are moved and installed in an art gallery. Specifically in Artevistas Gallery. This place will host more than 50 of his pieces. The exhibition is titled "How to tell you I love you again" and will be open from November 28 to January 6.
