Table Drag and Drop is one of the simplest plugins I have seen, both in use and in operation. It allows us to basically reorder the rows in our table by dragging and dropping them, which is quite intuitive.
The plugin also has some extra options, especially events (when you drop a row, pick it up ...), so it is slightly customizable.
