How many times have you taken photos with your digital camera that you then had to shoot because they were out of focus? This problem usually happens with digital cameras for home use because we do not give them time to focus well or because the plane has too much detail and you do not know how far to focus.
But thanks to this tutorial, you no longer have to throw those photos out of focus. In Luis Alarcón's blog, I have found one of the simplest tutorials that we can find to focus a photo out of focus with Photoshop. In addition, Luis explains very well each step to follow.

If it is very out of focus it cannot be fixed because the information you would need to do it, you do not have in the photo. In terms of focus, some can be fixed, others, just a little better and those that are very out of focus, must be discarded or intervened with another more artistic purpose, in any case.
