Virtual reality meets right now in a very special moment, especially after the appearance of certain products at the Mobile World Congress held last week in Barcelona. An appointment where the different bets from various manufacturers have passed to take us to other worlds and horizons.
Tilt Brush is an application for draw in virtual reality which was bought by Google in April of last year. An application that as we have been able to know Google has been in charge of improving it in these months to bring us an artistic experience for those who can use it from a virtual reality device.
One of the devices in which it can be used is HTC Vive, precisely the one that offers the best virtual reality experience right now. With this application we will have before our eyes canvases in 360 degrees and completely spherical, this means that we will be before artistic recreations that will have volume.
We already saw the cool animator from the Disney Glen Keane drawing with this HTC device created in conjunction with Valve. Keane showed us his skills incredible for drawing when recreating Disney characters with that shape that I have been commenting on and that provides a great Tilt Brush experience.
This application has to its credit a nice palette of effects and brushes so that the artist can get the most out of it. Fine and thick strokes and all kinds of finishes that simulate different techniques and tools to bring out the artistic vein through a 3D recreation that marks a new path through which many artists will pass. Of this we are very sure.
Un new path that opens in art through virtual reality and that we will soon expose it from here with the different proposals of the illustrators and painters who go through any of those devices that will soon begin to reach the homes of many around the world.
