It is characterized by creating sweeping signals, using cool colors, some blurring, and some grain or noise.

- The first thing we are going to do is desaturate our image in the menu Image> Adjustments> Desaturate.
- We will duplicate our layer with a Ctrl + J
- We will go to the menu Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur and we will give an amount of 30 pixels and an opacity of 70% to this layer.
- We will create a new layer and within the square brushes mode we will select a size of 4 radius points. (This will depend on the size of the photograph, in this case we are working with a photograph at a size of 1125 x 756).
- We will create a reason with a black brushstroke and two white ones in the lower area.
- We will create a new layer and tint it with the paint pot and the motif option.
- We will give this layer a 30% opacity and a blending mode in Soft light.
- We will create a new layer and apply a radial gradient that goes from a white to a black color and we will give it a blending mode to overlap with a 50% opacity.
- We will combine all the layers and give it a motion blur with an angle of -90 and a distance of 7 pixels approx.
- We will go to the menu Image> Adjustments> Color Balance and we will give it the following values: -92 / -24 / -12
- We will press Ctrl + L and we will give you the following values in levels: 0 / 0,74 / 242
- We will go to the menu Fultro> Noise> Add Noise and it will be of a uniform and monochrome type with an amount of 2.5%
