All the textures are a resource to take into account when design a website. Many of us associate them with "dirty" design, but this is because we have seen a lot of pages that have misused them.
Es very important to know how to choose good textures, which are in harmony with the other elements of the web and which do not interfere with reading. Remember that one of the most important factors to take into account in web design is the readability: let's avoid black backgrounds and navy blue fonts, or garnet, or other types of chromatic aberrations. They are NOT good combinations.
Let's make reading easier. Let's use strong contrasts between background colors and typography colors. It will always be easier to read on a light-colored background than on a dark-colored background, as the latter is more eye-tiring.
Taking this into account, we can choose the texture that best suits us. Sometimes, only we will be aware of the textures applied in our design: if they go unnoticed by the user, it is a good sign. Because this will mean that the focus of attention is on the text, and not the decorative elements.
