Personally, I really liked this task manager. It could be said that it is aimed at those people who like move quickly through the interface of any program, which does not mind learning new keyboard shortcuts to move comfortably. It works through Web navigator, so you can use it in any operating system, from anywhere and without having to download anything to your computer.
This feature, which for many could be annoying, does not bother me at all. But keep in mind that we depend on Internet access to enter.
In Asana it is very easy to start to work. Simply enter the web, enter your e-mail (to register) and accept the verification e-mail that will arrive in your mail. I have to say that I was impressed with the speed with which the e-mail arrived (not a minute).
Once you access the link that the email brings, you will only have to follow the steps indicated (your name, photograph, other team members and their e-mails and the name of the team).
When you enter your Task Manager screen, everything is very intuitive and it does not represent any problem to become familiar with it.
The funny thing is that collaboration between team members looks in real time. That is to say: you will be seeing in real time what each one is doing (creating a new task, giving it information ...).

If I liked Asana because of the ability to scroll through its interface with keyboard shortcuts, Wunderlist this is what it takes to make me look perfect. A design different from the previous one, more current, with a pattern simulating wood that makes it warm and pleasant. In Wunderlist it is impossible for our gaze to be distracted, since it is directed directly towards the window on the left and the main work area (in which we will write down our tasks). In the left column we will have arranged the different sections in which to catalog our tasks. Something very positive is the possibility of assigning several users to different lists: you can share the work list with Miguel and Juan, and the list of movies to watch with Sandra and Laura. For example.
The names of the lists are modifiable. Look at the icon of the nut in that same column, located in the lower right area, since that is where you can access the Preferences and modify parameters such as the default language of your screen (among many other things).
Like Asana, it works through our web browser and the way to get it is the same (you have to register to get started).
