5 Free Fonts (VI)

Dense, 5 Free Fonts

You have discovered the world of fonts, and you feel the need to get all the free ones that you can find. Well, from here I warn you that this is not a very good habit: you will end up storing more fonts than you will actually use. But it is not bad that from time to time you browse, investigate and find the perfect type for that poster you are designing ... Right?

Finding free fonts is not easy at all: logical, considering the arduous task of designing (or redesigning) a typeface. It is true that many of us escape the economic costs of certain typographic families, that we could never in life afford to buy to continue with the rhythm of work that we carry ... But we must also clarify that there are designers that allow whoever downloads their type, donate the amount you see fit through PayPal. And this is fair, logical and a very friendly form of payment, as long as we appreciate the work of that person and give them the money that we can give them at that time. But let's get to the point: every Friday we are publishing a post that contains five free types. And now we are on the sixth! So you will have to stop by The first post,  second, the third, the fourth y the fifth, if you haven't done it yet, to get 30 fonts (yes, a post takes a double portion). Keep reading to see what we bring you today.

  1. Neighborhood- This typeface is based on fresh, uneven handwriting. Ideal for posters, since it is a font with a lot of character. Designed by the Omnibus company. Neighborhood
  2. Global enviroment: much less informal typeface than the previous one. Don't be scared when you see the prices: the weights that you can download are Medium (Global Medium, Global Medium Italic and Global Medium Stencil). Global enviroment
  3. flexo: It is a very geometric sans typeface, in a humanist style. It works well in both headings and text, and could be used for a corporate identity. The style that you can download is the last one, called Flexo Caps DEMO. flexo
  4. Verb Condensed: Created by Yellow Design Studio, it is a "modest" variation of the Verb family. They share the same energy and kindness. We can download the Verb Condensed and the Verb Condensed Regular Italic. Verb
  5. Dense: It is an elegant, geometric and compact sans-serif typeface. We have three weights at our disposal: very fine, normal and bold. Personally, I like uppercase letters much more than lowercase. Dense, 5 Free Fonts
