AR.js to bring augmented reality to the web

We already know that as the technologies that we see in different programs or video games advance, these then go to the web to offer another experience different user. This is the case of Ar.js that comes to bring augmented reality to the web.

AR.js has been developed by Jerome Etienne with the objective of making available to allto augmented reality. One of its strengths is that performance has been improved and augmented reality works much better on mobile, so it can now be seen at 60 frames per second on phones from three years ago.

A whole improvement to be able to implement that library in new projects that take advantage of the virtues and benefits of augmented reality. We are facing a pure web solution with AR.js, so it works on any phone with WebGL and WebRTC.

ARJS

Another of the biggest features of AR.js is that it is open source and it's completely free, so it is available for any developer to take advantage of immediately. Best of all, AR.js allows access to AR without the need to install any extra applications and without the obligation to purchase a device.

AR.js library

Anyone with an AR-enabled device will be able to enjoy the AR.js experience. AR.js, mainly, relies on performance and simplicity. And we are talking about the fact that augmented reality can be programmed with only 10 lines of HTML.

It is for this very reason that more and more developers that are getting closer to AR.js, so it won't take long to see more and more augmented reality experiences on the web with this library.

As a bonus, too supports ARKit and ARCore, so we have before our hand the development of augmented reality software in a full way. Do not forget to pass before this series of timelines in JavaScript and in CSS to implement to your website.
