Is suprematism the artistic movement focused on geometric shapes on which five designers from four Russian agencies have been based to form the basis of Russia's new tourist identity. In this way they want to encourage you to visit this great country with a great history one day.
It is very difficult to think of devising a logo that be able to express the great diversity of a country how is Russia and that any visitor, or whoever sees any of the advertising, can identify some areas as Russian regional dishes.
The Russian agencies responsible for carrying out this logo have been Suprematika, Plenum, Artonika and Art.Lebedev. The most striking thing about the logo is that they have made it in such a way that it can be used to present Russian gastronomic delights, as well as the cultural diversity of the country.
Even sport can be shown in this cool and curious way of understanding the diversity of a country that has so much history. Their environments that can range from the tundra to large lakes, make up another of the faces that can be seen in the different advertisements.
The large difficulty in bringing to fruition this project is to describe so many things at the same time that you have to keep it both simple and clear. Those Russian dolls are also part of some of the advertisements that will flood some of the cities of this country.
The identity has been chosen among the participants of the competition carried out by the Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation. A competition that was launched in 2015 and received 480 logos and 600 slogans.
