Aaron Tiley took us doors quite a peculiar proposal with photographs that capture that moment in which something disastrous or terrible is about to happen. A performance prepared to obtain that capture that leaves the viewer almost screaming for that subsequent second in which vertically arranged rows of matches are about to be thrown.
Something similar happens to us with Hernandez's photography in which his ingenuity allows us to get closer to some very original photos in which the protagonists are small toys that seem to be hand-painted illustrations, when they are simply well recreated scenes to give different sensations.
Mexican photographer Felix Hernandez Rodriguez has in his soul that of a child and this enables him to be very creative in each of the proposals in the form of photography that he proposes from this series of photographs. The small toys are the center for with a little imagination you can create very different atmospheres that put the icing on the cake.
Félix maintains that his photography is not what exists there, but portrays what's in your head or mind. The photographer creates magical scenes with the help of everyday products such as fluoride in toothpaste to create snow or smoke from a cigarette to add some atmosphere to the photograph.
Felix mix real and scale models with the help of your imagination and a little Photoshop. He also uses a macro lens and a technique called "focus stacking", which allows several photos together to create a wider focus.
A photographer who is hooked on your own photos and that shows it well in his own Facebook page or through your profile at 500px. Two places where you can find him daily.
