What is html6?

HTML6 is the newest

HTML appeared in the 90s, it has evolved until reaching the HTML5 version, which is what we know today. Like web pages, their language evolves, so updates are required for web development to be much more effective and fluid. This is what you want to achieve with the latest version of HTML5, better known as HTML6. Although the date of release to the market is not yet known, some possible changes are known and intuited.

In the post of today we tell you about what is HTML6, the characteristics that it will present, the necessary requirements to be able to use it and the changes that are known so far, although it may change until its subsequent launch.

What is HTML6?The html6 is the newest version

HTML (HyperTextMarkup Language) or also known as hypertext markup language, refers to the markup language for the elaboration of web pages. What this language does is define a basic structure and a code (HTML), to define the contents of a web page such as texts, images, among others. All browsers use this model as a language for displaying web pages.

The HTML language is based on differentiation. For your understanding, if you want to add an external element to the web page, it is necessary to make a reference to the location of said element by means of text. Thus, the structure of the web page will only have text. As it is a standard, what HTML is looking for is that regardless of the browser, any web page can be translated by any browser.

In 2014, HTML5, currently one of the best-known web technologies, came onto the market. But since then no update had arrived until it was known that HTML6 will soon be released on the market. Therefore, HTML6 would be the updated version of HTML5. Specifically, it will have more advanced features built on the basis of security or the expression of labels, among others.

HTML6 Features

  • Compatibility: it is compatible with its previous versions. This is due to OOXML (Office Open XML) which will handle the serialization part.
  • Design: This new version can support HTML CSS4, which will make the graphic design of the web page much more attractive.
  • Easy migration: developers will be able to port their old documents from HTML4 to HTML6 and vice versa.
  • Syntax: HTML6 is regular in terms of syntax level can be defined in about 10 lines.

HTML6 requirements

The latest version of HTML5 requires the web browser to be updated to the latest version. Well, this version prioritizes security. Keeping your browser updated will help this language retain all of its complementary features. Regardless of the browser you use, be it Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari or any other you know, you will have to keep it up to date in order to give the best performance to HTML6.

These are some of the features that HTML6 will have, since it has not yet been released, there may be changes until its later release.

  • Camera Integration: HTML6 features photo or video capture, making it easy for users to access photos and computer storage for better camera control and better detection rates.
  • certification: Browsers must immediately provide strong authentication when accessing new versions of HTML. Only by ensuring the reliability of the software can you really improve the functionality of the website and the browser.
  • Library: Most of the websites use cached JS libraries, in order to speed up the web application development process.
  • Commands: One of the expected changes is in terms of the distribution of the video structure of the web page.
  • Annotations: As we have already mentioned before, the HTML structure requires a specific annotation in terms of words, phrases and paragraphs.
  • microformats: the standard tags will be improved, as these make the quality of web pages better. Web developers may define dates, locations with HTML6.
  • Image Compatibility: Between the different terminals, the pixel size will change. This improved update will be able to indicate image sizes and fix the photo issue.

Conclusion

HTML6 is not yet a real update to HTML5, so these changes and requirements are not final, although some updates have been introduced, the rest of the changes are simply predictions about what the new version of HTML5 may be.
