If you are still one of those who use in their web la Verdana, Arial or Tahoma, from here we suggest that you catch up and know that now you can use any font in your designs.
Since Google Fonts has made a wide catalog of free fonts that we can use on our site with the simple introduction of a code, using one of the "default" types seems to make a page lose its glamor. Here are 8 fonts of web design so that this does not happen and you know what fonts you can use in your next digital project.
8 web design fonts for you
Below you will find from the most discreet and legible forms to the most ornate. If you do not find what you are looking for, I recommend that you take a look at our post saga 5 Free Fonts.
- Egg Font by Vivien Bertin: The construction of the typography has been based on the geometric figure of an oval (hence its name, egg). Very readable, ideal for long texts on the web.
- SkarpaLT, by AgaSilva: For commercial use the author asks us to make a donation. I don't particularly like the euro symbol.
- Lovers Quarrel, by TypeSETit: It is a typeface with a lot of decoration, which is not advisable to use only in capital letters.
- Caviar Dreams, by Lauren Thompson: Wide range of symbols. We have all the necessary symbols to write correct Spanish.
- Josefin Sans, by Typemade: We will miss the euro symbol. This is a fairly large font family, containing 10 variations (from thin to bold).
- Print Clearly, by Blue Vinyl Fonts: This family contains three fonts, which are regular, bold and dashed (made of dots). It is characterized by a fairly high kerning and pronounced ascenders.
- Nixie One, by Jovanny Lemonad: A slab serif typeface ideal for long texts. Very clean and legible, I personally love it.
- Existence Light: Typeface family composed of 3 somewhat special variations. In addition to the normal version (light), we will find the unicase (which does not differentiate in height between upper and lower case letters) and the Stencil Light (which reproduces the effect of a template).
